How testing works.
Four steps. About a week from start to finish. No portals or accounts required.
Order online
Place an order and pay the flat fee. You'll receive a unique task number, our Toronto mailing address, and sample-preparation guidance.
Mail your sample
Send the vial (or a representative portion) to our lab. Any Canadian courier works — Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx. Use the task number as a reference.
We analyze in the lab
Your sample is photographed on intake, logged, and analyzed. Identity is confirmed by mass-spec, purity is measured by HPLC, and content is quantified.
You get your COA
A signed PDF Certificate of Analysis is emailed to you with a unique verify key. Anyone can verify it at quantivalabs.com/verify.
Sample requirements
For lyophilized (powder) peptides, we need at least 2 mg of material — the original vial works perfectly. For reconstituted (liquid) samples, we'll provide specific volume guidance in your order confirmation.
Sealed vials are preferred but not required. We photograph everything as-received and that photo is embedded in your final COA.
Verifying your report
Every Quantiva Labs COA contains a unique 11-character verify key. Anyone who receives the document can confirm it was issued by us by entering that key at quantivalabs.com/verify.
The QR code on the COA links to the same page. This is what makes our reports actually meaningful: they can be checked against our database, not just looked at as a PDF.
